A: Please send an email to our official email. We will assist you to finish the registration.
➤I want to edit my registration. What should I do?
A: Please access your response via the registration form’s automatic response email.
➤Can I go to the symposium without registration?
A: No. Every participant needs to register prior to the event.
➤Can I choose both poster and oral presentation?
A: Thanks for your interest in presenting your research. We only accept either poster or oral presentations. However, if you are rejected in the oral session, you can still present the poster. If you only want to give an oral presentation, please choose “Oral (If rejected, do not prefer poster presentation)” in the registration form
➤When is the deadline for registration?
A: The deadline for abstract submission is 1/15 1/30 and registration for participation is 1/30.
Event
➤Is this symposium open to other graduate schools?
A: Any Kyoto University-affiliated graduate student, staff or faculty may attend the symposium but cannot give oral or poster presentations. Please register online by 1/30.
➤Who hosts the event?
A: Graduate School of Biostudies host the whole event. Additional financial support is provided by the JSPS Core-to-Core Program.

➤How can I pay for the get together event or retreat?
A: The fee will be collected by secretary in each lab.
